چکیده

Ice cream is one of the most popular food items consumed during summer season in Bangladesh by all ages but mostly school-going students. Due to ingredients and handling process ice cream, it acts as a good shelter for pathogenic nonpathogenic microorganisms. Therefore, we aimed investigate microbial count, prevalence, isolate characterize multidrug-resistant bacteria samples collected from nearby shops schools Tangail district, Bangladesh. Ice-cream consumer nonconsumer students were selected providing questionnaires. Total viable count (TVC) total coliform (TCC) determined pour plate methods, where conventional methods performed bacterial identification. The Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method was used determine antimicrobial susceptibility isolates. Kado Liu method, with some modifications, extract plasmid isolated visualized through gel electrophoresis. demographic characteristics showed that degree symptoms regarding microorganisms mediated disorders rate antibiotics intake consumers significantly higher than nonconsumers. range TVC TCC found 0–9.9 × 109 CFU/ml 0–900 CFU/ml, respectively. Interestingly, 93.75% also fungal positive. A 12 different species identified, including Proteus spp, E. coli, V.cholera, Pseudomonas Shigella Klebsiella Aeromonas V. Parahemolyticus. Salmonella paratyphi, Citrobacterspp, Plesiomonasspp, Staphylococcus aureus. assay multiple resistance frequency these isolates drugs. All individual screened DNA, seven strains harbored single or more two plasmids sized approximately between 1.9 140 MDa, indicating possible connection phenotype pattern genotype.
